Ashcroft Design Competition will bring Interior Design students’ designs to life

The Ashcroft Design Challenge officially launched on Thursday in partnership with Lethbridge College. First-year IDT students will come up with an original home design that is unique, innovative and reflective of what modern living in Lethbridge looks like. Those first-year students will then be paired with second-year students who will bring the design to life in virtual reality.

CANCELLED - Mobile Food Bank on campus

Outside the main doors in the parking circle

 

Mobile Food Support is a service provided by Lethbridge Food Bank that allows community members access to food support at various locations around Lethbridge. It is open to ANYONE who may need a little extra food assistance. All they will ask for is your name and postal code.  

The food truck will be outside the main front doors of campus in the parking circle starting at 4 pm and will be there until they run out, or 6 pm at the latest.

Study Permit and Immigration Resources

While living in Canada, you may be permitted to work or volunteer. You may also be eligible to apply for a post-graduation work permit.

If you have a valid study permit and you are a full-time international student (registered in courses that total nine or more credits), you may be able to work on- or off-campus starting on the first day of the semester. Check your study permit to see if you have the conditions to work off-campus.
