Personal and group training

We offer a variety of personal training assessments and packages to suit your needs. You can meet with one of our certified personal trainers, have your fitness assessed or enrol in a variety of small group training sessions.

An appointment with a personal trainer will give you a chance to discuss your:

  • goals
  • level of fitness
  • diet
  • lifestyle
  • injuries
  • medical conditions

This information combined with a fitness assessment gives your trainer a good sense of where you’re starting from. Using this information, your personal trainer will help you outline goals for where you want to go and properly design an exercise program that works for you.

Nutrition and personal training

Make your whole health a focus this year by combining your workout with a nutrition plan. Working with our certified nutrition coach, you’ll develop your personalized nutrition plan while learning about super foods, meal portioning, supplements and more.

Our nutrition program is comprised of the following:

  • weekly check-ins with your nutrition coach
  • weekly adjustments to your meal plan
  • ongoing coaching, assessments and goal-setting
  • educational resources

Fitness Centre guidelines

  1. Wipe down the equipment after use.
  2. Return all weights to their designated place (plate weights/free weights).
  3. Music in the Fitness Centre is selected and played at a level set by the supervising staff. If it interferes with other user groups, it will be turned off.
  4. The use of chalk, resin or sprays is not permitted.
  5. Proper attire and clean footwear are required.
  6. No food or drink (except water) permitted.
  7. No picture taking.
  8. Report any faulty equipment to the Fitness Centre staff and discontinue using.
  9. The Fitness Centre will be closed during physical education classes.
