Lethbridge College’s Digital Communications and Media (DCM) students are throwing on their work boots and hard hats to produce a home renovation show. The students are in charge of scripting, filming, editing and producing Flipped Out, a six-episode web series, conceived of and made possible by sponsorship from The Lethbridge Mortgage Centre.
Familiar face takes over Kodiaks cross country and indoor track teams
The Lethbridge College Kodiaks didn’t have to look far for a new indoor track and cross country head coach, as co-coach Simon Schaerz has been promoted to the top job. Schaerz takes over from Bertil Johansson, the winningest coach in Kodiaks history, who retired in November following 32 years at the helm of the Kodiaks.

As a showing of the campus’ inclusivity towards all groups, Lethbridge College has declared Wednesday as Pride Day. The student-led initiative is a day-long celebration featuring a flag raising, guest speaker and information sessions.
Kodiaks cross country ready to Run for the Pumpkin
The Lethbridge College Kodiaks cross country team will get the benefit of a home course this weekend, as the team hosts the Run for the Pumpkin. Running in conjunction with the annual community event, the ACAC Grand Prix marks the first time since 2015 that the Kodiaks will host a conference race.

Enrolment jumps at Lethbridge College
If the Lethbridge College campus feels busier than usual this year, that’s because it is. The college’s student population has surged for the 2018 fall semester with more than 5,100 students enrolled in college programming, a six per cent increase from fall 2017.
