Rod Pocza, President of Mirant Canada Energy Marketing Ltd., believes learning never ends, and Lethbridge Community College (LCC) provided a solid base from which to build an extremely successful business career. Graduating in 1975 with a diploma in Business Administration. While he has since moved up through the ranks of energy sector businesses, he credits LCC with providing a realistic introduction as to what he could expect in the business world.

Troy Reeb, 1988 graduate from Communication Arts-Broadcast Journalism has been named the 2003 LCC Alumni Association Distinguished Alumnus.

Ritchie Chief Calf, the Lethbridge Campus Administrator for Red Crow Community College, overcame numerous obstacles to reach his educational and employment goals. He serves as an inspiration to everyone.

Lethbridge Community College Alumni Association has named Art Johnston (Civil Engineering Technology 1987) its 2005 Distinguished Alumnus.

The Lethbridge College Alumni Association has named architect Art Ferrari as its Distinguished Alumnus for 2007.

Lethbridge College and the Alumni Board have chosen the city’s top cop as its Distinguished Alumni Award recipient for 2008.
