Built to Quit - Tobacco Reduction and Wellness Program
Join educators from Alberta Health Services and exercise professionals from Lethbridge College for this 8-week physical activity program for people who use tobacco, those who recently quit, and their support person. All fitness levels welcome.
Monday Evenings January 16-March 6, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm @ Lethbridge College;$10.00 per person
What you'll get: Tobacco cessation support from trained educators, training sessions led by trained fitness instructors, peer support, weekly prizes and so much more!
