Approximately 200 high school students to get immersive college experience

More students than ever before will be exposed to more college programs than ever before, as Experiential Learning Week returns to Lethbridge College. Now in its third year, the week invites students to take part in specially designed college-level programming in an area of the student’s interest.

The Child Care Director’s Association of Southwestern Alberta (CCDA) is hosting a conference this weekend at Lethbridge College titled “The Incomparable Learning Environment, Outdoor Play: There’s Nothing Else Like It.” More than 225 participants are confirmed to attend.

Hanlon Ag supports students with industry-driven gift

Hanlon Ag Centre Ltd. is continuing its long-standing support of Lethbridge College by providing equipment, installation and training on its precision agriculture system. The gift, valued at nearly $100,000, will be of immediate benefit to students in the Agricultural and Heavy Equipment Technician certificate and apprenticeship programs.
