Brayden King will headline Lethbridge College's Coulee Fest on Sept. 16.

Rising country music star Brayden King is adding Lethbridge College to his list of tour stops this fall. He’s set to close out a day of free fun and entertainment as this year’s Coulee Fest headliner.

King, who is originally from Weyburn, Sask., and now calls Lethbridge home, is quickly making a name for himself across the prairies. Originally inspired by rock and roll, King describes his sound as “riding on the edgy side of country.” He’s played hundreds of shows across western Canada over the past year, including the Calgary Stampede, and he is in the lineup for next month’s Country Thunder Calgary music festival.

“Brayden King is known for his high-energy, crowd-engaging performances, which is the perfect way to cap off Coulee Fest,” says Stephanie Savage, Alumni and Engagement manager at Lethbridge College. “We are fortunate to have another solid entertainment lineup this year, and we are looking forward to an afternoon of great music and fun with the community. Everyone is invited, so come celebrate with us!”
