I have a PhD in English from the University of Alberta. I have written two novels for young adults. My teaching pedagogy aims to foster critical learning skills in students through both print-based and non-print-based texts, and to encourage them to be self-sufficient learners, readers and writers.

Christopher Hotton, JD

I received a diploma in Business Administration from Lethbridge College, a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge and a law degree from Brigham Young University. My teaching focus is business law, labour relations and financial planning.

Sarah Yavitu, MSc

I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with both a Bachelor of Science and Education in Mathematics and Kinesiology in 2004. I returned to the University of Lethbridge in 2010 to complete a Master of Science focusing on Exercise Science, Physics and Mathematics, with a focus on Biomechanics and Physiology. I loved that I was able to combine my two passions into a master’s degree program.

Scott Lehbauer, MSc

I have a Master of Science in Human Anatomy Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. My area of focus is Anatomy/Physiology.

Simon Schaerz, PhD

I am an Instructor in the Centre for Business, Arts and Science at Lethbridge College. I am also the Head Coach of the Lethbridge College Kodiaks Cross-Country Running and Indoor Track Team. I research the effects of physical activity and exercise on various developmental outcomes.
