Connecting Learning to the Workplace

Long before it was called “work-integrated learning” (WIL), students at Lethbridge College were gaining the skills necessary to be successful in the workplace through meaningful, practice-based learning opportunities. Whether that learning came through practicum experiences, internships, apprenticeships, applied research projects or field work, these hands-on experiences have been helping to prepare graduates to thrive in the working world for more than 60 years.
