NSG-1610  Assessing Health and Wholeness  (3 Credits)  An introduction to caring communication for effective relational practice in assessing health and delivering basic nursing care to support health, healing, and wholeness. Includes the application of communication skills to assessments, and analysis of the data gathered, for the purposes of collaborating with clients and members of the inter-professional team.
