CON-2260  Engineering Management II  (3 Credits)  A study of the fundamentals of business management and financial analysis in the construction industry. The first part of the course covers key project management principles including business organizations structure, strategic planning and management, total quality management processes and procedures, leadership, ethics, resolving disputes, market development strategies, human resources management, and risk management. The second part of the course covers financial analysis including break-even point, depreciation, economic order quantity, ledger, journal, balance sheet and financial statements.
