BUS-2278  Industrial and Labour Relations  (3 Credits)  A skills-based approach to managing unionized workplaces and those faced with certification applications. Includes the structure and functioning of the Canadian industrial relations system, basic employment law concepts, the union certification process, negotiation and administration of collective agreements, and resolution of strikes and disputes.
