Awarded to a continuing (part-time is acceptable for this award) Educational Assistant student who demonstrates academic achievement and excellence while in their practicum by supporting students experiencing challenges within the classroom. Preference is given to a student who has gone above and beyond in supporting a person coping with a hearing loss. This preference can extend to helping individuals with other disabilities or handicaps.
