Join Donna for this 6 week yoga class from the comfort of your home. Yoga for flexibility, strength, stability, energy, stress reduction and rest will be explored. This flow class will incorporate creative sequencing with an emphasis on moving with strength and fluidity while enjoying a well-balanced practice.

Be Fit With Your Kid

This free resource is for you to stay active and get creative with your family in the comfort of your own home and yard. Be Fit for Life challenges you to try all activities regardless of the equipment you have to develop skills and discover new interests. Designed for those aged 6-17, with an adult.

On-campus Physical and Wellness Experts

We are one of nine centers within the Be Fit for Life Network who work together, alongside many partners to inspire, educate and support Albertans to lead healthy, physically active lifestyles. Be Fit For Life Coordinators are experts in physical activity, working across sectors in their unique communities, setting the stage for collaboration and alignment of services to support the development of physical literacy.

At Lethbridge College and in our communities, we offer online and in person courses. These courses include: fitness leadership accreditation, occupational fitness testing, group fitness classes, yoga classes, professional development opportunities, workplace wellness sessions, and educational sessions for classrooms of all ages with a focus in physical literacy and wellness research. We are continuously adapting and changing with the times to offer up-to-date programming for our community.
