Professional Experience

Teaching Experience

I joined Lethbridge College in August 2000, and have more than two decades of production, instruction and management experience here. Since 2010, I have been a certified trainer with Rational Canada, training not only our students on this equipment but doing training in the community.

Industry Work

I have worked in many locations as a cook, owned my own business, and worked for the Government of Canada as a meat inspector.

Research

I have some research experience related to organoleptic (sensory) testing.
