Thanks to new provincial funding, students at public post-secondary institutions in Lethbridge will have access to increased mental health supports.

New, returning and potential Lethbridge College students can get a jump start on the new academic year, as a number of college services will be open over part of the Labour Day long weekend.

His career has taken him from coast-to-coast-to-coast, working across North America in three of the continent’s four major professional sports leagues. And it’s a journey that began at Lethbridge College.

John Vidalin (Communication Arts 1991), Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of the NBA’s Miami Heat, will share his story as this year’s keynote speaker at the college’s New Student Orientation (NSO) on Sept. 5.

The Calgary Flames have notched a symbolic hat trick by signing on to sponsor Lethbridge College’s golf tournament for a third-straight year. The Flames are a platinum sponsor of this year’s 34th annual tournament that will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 29 at the Lethbridge Country Club.

In 1957, two long-time institutions got their start in Lethbridge, as both Cox Financial Group and Lethbridge College opened their doors. In celebration of their shared 60th anniversaries in 2017, Cox Financial Group is providing a generous $25,000 gift through the college’s annual golf tournament.
