Kimosop, Lethbridge College's national cross-country champion, easily won the Toronto Sporting Life 10-kilometre Run For Cancer, finishing 30 seconds ahead of an international field. He set a personal best and, according to Kodiaks coach Bertil Johanssen, is now ranked on an international level. Some 14,000 runners took part.

In Vancouver, Kip Kangogo, Kodiaks assistant coach, won the BMO Half-marathon, with brother Ed Kangogo coming in ninth. All three Lethbridge runners will be together this coming weekend at the 10-k Vancouver Sun Run.
