Be Fit for Life presents Virtual Miles of Motivation. Set a new fitness goal for spring with this free program. Virtual Miles of Motivation offers training plans to suit different fitness levels — each with the goal of logging 42.2 km (the distance of a marathon) between now and June 20. You can register anytime, but the sooner the better so you have time to log all 42.2 km before the race June 20. Even if you don’t log the distance in advance, you can still take part in the virtual run on a route of your choice.
