It’s OK to not be OK over all the uncertainty we’re living in right now. It’s also OK to reach out for help. One place to start is to visit the Wellness Services resource webpage for a series of curated apps, in-person or by phone supports, and websites that can help us care for our own mental health and wellbeing. Alberta Health Services also has a Help in Tough Times webpage, offering a range of resources for a variety of concerns. Let’s look after ourselves and each other!
