Peter Weasel Moccasin to receive Lethbridge College honorary degree
Lethbridge College is pleased to announce that Peter Weasel Moccasin will receive an honorary degree at this year’s college convocation ceremony. Weasel Moccasin will receive a Bachelor of Applied Science – Ecosystem Management degree at the ceremony on April 27 at the Enmax Centre.

Lethbridge College hosts pop-up adventure playground at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre
The Lethbridge College Early Childhood Education program will host an exciting community event in conjunction with Spring Nature Fest at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre. From 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 16, the nature centre’s outdoor play square space will be turned upside down with the launch of Lethbridge’s first community loose parts playground.
Kodiaks indoor track, futsal earn ACAC medals
The Lethbridge College Kodiaks wrapped up the 2017-18 ACAC season with a bang, claiming medals at both the indoor track and women’s futsal championship tournaments. The Kodiaks indoor track team won a total of six medals at the championships in Edmonton. Meanwhile, the women’s futsal team earned silver at the tournament in Lloydminster.

December Burgess, a second year Digital Communications and Media student, will spend 10 days immersed in the world of broadcast and journalism at some of the top newsrooms in the country.
