Students and staff are welcome to one of the 30-minute sessions from noon to 12:30 p.m., Wednesdays, from April 8 through April 29.

Art has the capability to change your perspective and mood and can contribute to overall health. Virtual Creative Time allows participants to take a moment from their week and do an art activity while connecting with others. Your art activity can be a craft you’re currently working on or starting, such as colouring, drawing, journaling or writing. Participants can also choose to complete the weekly art activity that is instructor-led using whatever art supplies you have on hand.

Each session is limited to 15 participants. Participants must register in advance to receive access to the online live event. For more information, please contact Health Promotions coordinator Laura Morden.
