To promote this day, a Student Experience specialist and two social work practicum students who facilitate resiliency workshops will be in Centre Core from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. encouraging students and staff to challenge the stigma around mental health, writing messages on a white board, filling out Let’s Talk conversation “bubbles” and taking photos to share on their social media.
