Beat Blue Monday with Beach Day

It’s Blue Monday, the third Monday of January, and what’s said to be the most depressing day of the year. Not so at Lethbridge College, where Buchanan Library is holding Beach Day and inviting all departments and centres to join in a blues-busting day of flip-flops, sunglasses and summer-inspired food and fun. While this event promises some fun photos, we can also connect you with some serious expertise on the serious side of mental illness and wellness, including suicide prevention, resilience and self-care.
