THRIVE: Celebrating Community Wellness
This class is for those wishing to experience a gentle exploration of the mind-body connection. It will offer tools for improving your all around mental health and a moment of space to reconnect with your resiliency and strength. This is a gentle hatha class and all levels of experience are welcome. If you have your own yoga mat please feel free to bring it with you.
