    Kavanagh and Hepher

    White Chocolate Thunder

    Kavanagh and Hepher

D'Arcy Kavanagh and Ian Hepher have been playing Irish, Scottish, and East Coast music in and around Lethbridge for more than 20 years. Both former longtime instructors at Lethbridge College, they were part of the Glencoulee Band for 11 years. When that band broke up, D'Arcy played as a solo artist (which he still does) until about five years ago, when they began playing as a duo. Their instrumental repertoire includes guitars, bodhrán, bouzouki, dulcimer, pennywhistle, harmonica, kazoo and of course vocals. Their long-time friendship and love of the Celtic style of music are evident in their stage presentation.

Playing a wide variety of music from James Brown to Led Zeppelin, Adequate gets back to the fundamentals of rhythm and blues, bringing funky grooves that will compel you to hit the dance floor. With energetic set lists, extravagant light shows and a stage presence that will be sure to catch your eye, there is nothing adequate about this group.

    White Chocolate Thunder

White Chocolate Thunder is a hard-hitting, high-energy group of guys who don't let silly names bring them down. They focus on writing songs that connect with people and strive to create an experience that will leave a memorable impression in the minds of their audiences. This Calgary-based pop punk band is exciting, enthusiastic and eager to entertain.

Southern Alberta’s very own cover tunes acoustic band, thriving to rock you gently!!
