CHM-0020  Chemistry 0020  (6 Credits)  An integration of the theoretical study of chemistry with laboratory experiments and assignments. Topics covered are the study of chemical bonding, gases, solution chemistry including acids and bases, and quantitative relationships in chemical changes. Laboratory work emphasizes proper techniques, the methodology of scientific problem solving, interpretation of data, and laboratory report writing.
