If you’ve completed your Lethbridge College application, you might wonder what happens next. As you’ve heard us say, that’s the part that matters most! This page will help you understand the acceptance process and outline additional steps you may need to take on your journey to becoming a Lethbridge College student.
After Applying

Transcripts
If you attended a public Alberta high school or Alberta post-secondary institution, we will request your transcripts on your behalf. Applicants who completed their education outside of Alberta will need to request their transcripts be sent to Lethbridge College.

Login Information
A few days later, you’ll get another email from our Admissions department with your login information to use your Office 365 and Self Service accounts.

Offer of Admission and Acceptance
Within a few weeks of our receiving your application and transcripts, we’ll send you an admission decision by email. Once you receive your offer of admission, you’ll need to complete and return your response, including the required deposit, by the deadline listed on your offer.

Registration
We’ll email you the details about how to access your schedule online or register once course registration begins. Upgrading students will need to meet with an academic advisor for course registration. Still have questions? This page has even more information: Registration.
*Please note most programs operate on a first-qualified, first-accepted basis, except for the Practical Nurse and Natural Resource Compliance diplomas, which employ a competitive admissions process.

The Registrar’s Office is your one-stop shop to find all the information you need about credit and non-credit courses, program applications, schedules, student loans, grant funding, scholarships, transcripts and more. Visit us just off the main entrance to campus, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
