LCSA and Wellness Services have all kinds of activities planned for you to take care of your mental health on Stress Less Day:

  • 9 am Wellness Wednesday - free breakfast for the first 300 people (Centre Core)
  • 10 am - 12 pm Free mini massages (donations will be accepted for Movember but not required) (Centre Core)
  • 11 am - 1 pm Doggy De-stress (Richardson Oilseeds Room
  • 11 am - 1 pm Mental Health Resources (Richardson Oilseeds Room)
  • 12:15 - 12:45 pm Self-Care and Stress Tips workshop (drop in, pre-registration not required) (TE1228)
  • Pop Up 15 min Yoga and Stretching sessions throughout campus
