​Pain is part of the human experience. We all have times of high stress and crisis. As a result we often fall into using unhelpful behaviors to manage those moments. This workshop is designed to learn about how we can decrease our emotional intensity and decreasing distress.

You will learn and practice some skills to give you a way to decrease the amount of emotional pain.
