GBSV 101 is an opportunity to increase your knowledge about Gender-Based and Sexual Violence (GBSV) and consent. This 30 min information session also provides a safe, non-judgmental space to ask questions, that are so common with this topic. AND snacks will be provided!

Mobile Food Support is a service provided by Lethbridge Food Bank that allows community members access to food support at various locations around Lethbridge. It is open to ANYONE who may need a little extra food assistance. All they will ask for is your name and postal code.
The food truck will be outside the main front doors of campus in the parking circle starting at 4 pm and will be there until they run out, or 6 pm at the latest.

Mindful Meets: Nurturing Mental Health is a welcoming and supportive drop-in group. Participants will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and strategies to support their mental health journey. Each session will focus on a specific topic, and support individuals in developing skills to support that aspect of mental health.

Register for this free in-depth workshop and learn more about harm reduction and also learn about naloxone, including receiving free injectable and nasal naloxone kits (kits are always available for free at Wellness Services - you do not need to take a workshop to receive one).
Learn what naloxone is, how it works, and when it works in this free workshop. This hands-on workshop will let you try injecting water into a stress ball so that you can feel more comfortable with a needle. All participants will receive both an injectable and a nasal naloxone kit (workshop not required to receive kits - kits are always available and free at Wellness Services).
