Pre-Approved Travel Form (within Canada)

The purpose of this form is to pre-approve travel within Canada and outside 150 km from the Lethbridge College main campus. (Use the International Travel Declaration (group or individual) available on the Risk Management page of the Forms Directory for travel outside Canada.)
