For an LCSA executive member who has shown outstanding leadership and/or participation in an LCSA club. Recipient must have a courseload of at least 6 credits/term. Because this award could go to either continuing or graduating students it is awarded as an EFT rather than a tuition credit even if the selected recipient is continuing studies at the College.
