Marketing, communications and recruitment campaigns
Whatever your goal, we can help you achieve it. Through research into your target market, your competition and your product or service, we’ll work with you to develop marketing, communications and recruitment strategies that make the most of your promotional investment. Contact us as soon as you realize you have a marketing need as the process may take several weeks or months to implement, depending on the extent of the campaign.
If you require materials to distribute from your program area or department, we’ll work with you to incorporate the college’s brand into the piece and enhance its effectiveness.
If you’re purchasing program and department-specific promotional giveaway items such as pens, clothing, water bottles and the like, it is essential the items don the college’s official logo. Just provide us with the artwork dimensions and what you’d like to promote and we’ll handle the rest.
We work in tandem with Facilities Management to ensure all corporate signage follows our brand standards and logo usage. Please contact Facilities Management for assistance with:

- external signage

If you know of an upcoming photo opportunity for marketing purposes in your area, please contact our team early to arrange a photoshoot.
Although we have some very talented people in our office who take photos, the college does not have a full-time photographer. We organize and fund major on-campus photoshoots throughout the year to capture inspirational images of our people, our services and our campus to use in our marketing materials.
Should you need photography services, we will assist you with recommended suppliers. We maintain a list of talented and dependable photographers. And we also have a digital camera that we can loan to you.
FOIP forms are available in the Marketing and Web Services office (CE2323) to ensure we have permission from those in the pictures to use their image and/or testimonial for marketing purposes.
More prospective students than ever are making their post-secondary decisions by researching institutional websites and educational search sites. In addition to promoting and providing the Lethbridge College website, our Marketing office researches, maintains and evaluates the college’s presence on local, national and international post-secondary search sites. We also coordinate e-marketing campaigns.
Lethbridge College has an established voice in the world of social media. If your area is interested in joining the social media conversation, we can help build your voice. We offer on-demand training at any time – just contact Advancement or your marketing coordinator. We also have templates and resources to get you started.
The website is our primary way of reaching prospective students and is one of our main marketing tools. Any online content must follow the brand standards for graphics, fonts, logo usage and CP style writing.
