As a culinary training department with a 100 per cent employment rate for our grads, it's no surprise that we can offer upscale catering services for on-campus events. Whether it's a college-related function or a summer convention, if it's on campus, we can cater. We offer the following menus:

  • buffet breakfast
  • refreshment breaks
  • nibbles and snacks
  • lunch time
  • evening receptions and dinners
  • full bar services

We cater on-campus functions only, where opportunities exist for our culinary students to hone their skills in industry-like settings under the guidance of academic instructors. This process readies our students for their co-op industry placement.

Pricing information

Our prices are subject to GST. Requested room set-ups/rentals will incur an additional nominal charge of $125 per day. Audio-visual services will be billed on an as-use basis.

The following outlines our menus and approximate costs for groups from 10 to 500:

  • The prices listed are for the period from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 and are based on the minimum of 25 people.
  • All prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
  • As we are a culinary training department, our menu selections are dependent on what the students and staff are working on during that period. It may include a variety of locally-produced ingredients and some exotic ones.
  • Weekends and events from May 1 to Aug. 30 will be subject to additional labour charges of $2.60 per person.
  • Garden Court bookings outside of our operating hours are subject to minimum recovery costs; for one to nine people, the base cost is $155 and for groups of more than 10, the base cost is $20.75 per person.
  • Should your convention require multiple days and meal periods, we will ensure each meal period includes a different selection of products.

Full bar services

Please ask to see our printed wine menu in the dining room for further fine wine selections. We are not able to offer corkage or private licence sales on campus. Bartending charges are $25/hour with a minimum of three hours.
