Art and Fashion Camp
Ages 8 - 12
Attention all current Fashionista’s and aspiring Fashion Designers! Come spend your week creating fun and fabulous fashion projects and accessories. Learn exciting techniques such as tie dye, felting, painting, and more. Parents are invited to a fashion show on the last day where you will strut your stuff on the runway modelling your very own creations! Campers must provide one white cotton t-shirt fitted to their size.
Character Animation Camp
Ages 13 - 16
In this week long animation summer camp, you will imagine, plan, and develop your own character animation. Some of the tools and processes used by Hollywood animators and film producers will be used to create imaginative and fun animations. Walk away with a completed animation and the basic skills and resources needed to produce future animations. The week will end with an exclusive screening of all the animations for the participants’ family and friends. If you like art, animation, movies, or computers, this workshop is for you!
Computer experience required. Experience with Adobe products a benefit, but not required.
Tastes of the World Culinary Camp
Ages 10 - 16
An extension of the hit Youth Culinary Boot Camp, the Lethbridge College proudly presents Tastes of the World. Do you have basic cooking and kitchen safety skills and are interested in learning new cooking techniques and tricks? If so, then this camp is for you! Come advance your skills and build up your confidence in the kitchen as you take a more in-depth look at appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and dessert creations. All of these topics and more will be explored through the study of foods from all over the globe. Come join us in this exciting week and taste the world!

Ages 8 - 12
This specially designed program for teen and tween girls will prove to be the best week of the summer! We invite you to come and meet new friends while participating in a variety of fun and interactive sessions. The girls will also learn valuable lessons on how to continue to mature into confident young women!
Video Game Design Camp
Ages 13 - 16
A week of video games? Could life get any better? From computer games to mobile games, and now virtual reality games, the video game industry has become a multi-billion dollar business. Participants in this camp will learn how to create a first-person video game using the Unreal Engine game development platform. This includes building levels, managing assets, coding the game, and learning game theory – the concepts behind great gameplay. On the last day, there will be a showcase for participants to showcase their game.
Multi-Sport Racquet Camp
Ages 12 - 16
This recreational camp includes squash, racquetball, badminton, and tennis. If you are looking for basic beginner instruction or if you are looking to improve your skills, this camp is for you. Players will be given personal attention in a safe and non-competitive environment. Participants should bring clean running shoes and a water bottle. A Medical Information and Waiver form will be required for all campers and will be emailed upon registration as well as available at the start of the first day of camp.
Babysitting Boot Camp
Ages 12 - 16
Do you love kids? Are you looking for a summer job? Come participate in our week long babysitter training program to give you the skills needed to be a reliable and in-demand babysitter. During this camp you will become First Aid and CPR Level-C certified by The Heart and Stroke Foundation in order to give you the confidence to handle emergency situations with ease. In addition, you will receive hands-on cooking experience, learn valuable babysitting techniques, build your own business cards and resume, and acquire other valuable tools to help you excel in the world of babysitting.
Eco Kids Camp
Ages 8 - 12
Take a journey into the exciting world of sustainability. This action packed day camp will explore different aspects of renewable energy, sustainable living, and aquaponics in a fun hands-on learning environment. You will learn about various renewable energy sources and ways you can make a difference by conserving resources and caring for our environment. Your skills will be put on display as you assemble and race your own solar car, construct and test a wind turbine, explore our state of the art Aquaculture Centre of Excellence, and other interesting activities that will open your mind to the many opportunities within sustainability.
Totally Dance Fusion
Ages 6 - 9
Ages 10 -15
Come experience a variety of dance styles such as Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Bollywood and Contemporary. Also, get the chance to create your own original choreography and develop your own movement piece that will be incorporated into a final collage by the end of the week! Creative exploration of movement, music, rhythm and performance will be the focus of the camp. Anyone can come and join the fun! No experience necessary.
Trades Exploration Camp
Ages 14 - 16
Get ready to get your hands dirty and dive into the fascinating world of trades. This camp will teach you basic techniques, safety procedures, and help build your confidence in a variety of trades. With exciting and challenging take-home projects, you will surely impress your friends and family with your newly acquired skills. Come spend a week learning, creating and crafting.
Youth Culinary Boot Camp
Ages 10 - 16
Lethbridge College's Youth Culinary Boot Camp provides campers the opportunity to discover basic cooking techniques in a professional kitchen. This camp has been created with young food enthusiasts in mind, allowing students to learn hands on in the kitchen. Lethbridge College’s Culinary Youth Boot Camp allows students to explore all aspects of meal creations; appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts. On the last day, campers execute a three-course lunch in our Garden Court dining room as a team for two of their invited guests.
