Wait – I’m using student loans but I don’t have the money yet.
Check your College email; Student Awards & Financial Aid sends you an email when your loan is confirmed and we've requested your tuition and fees. Then we code your account so your registration remains intact until your loan money arrives here. Stop by the Student Awards & Financial Aid desk, phone 403.320.3372, or email awards@lethbridgecollege.ca if you have any questions. Remember that if you change your registration after the date your loan was confirmed you may have to pay more than what was requested.
I have a sponsor – what does Lethbridge College need?
Third-party sponsorships are a perfectly acceptable way to fund your future. We just need a sponsorship letter addressed to the college on the sponsor’s letterhead that:
- Requests an invoice from Lethbridge College.
- Specifies fees to be billed (e.g. tuition and mandatory fees, health/dental plan fees, residence, books and supplies).
- States any financial limits on these fees.
Email this letter to our sponsor specialist at sponsorship@lethbridgecollege.ca or fax it to Accounts Receivable at 403-380-3487.
The letter must be received before the fee deadline for the student to remain registered. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the sponsor follows through with Lethbridge College and that any fees not covered are paid by the deadline.
