JUS-3352  Social Justice  (3 Credits)  A study of the interrelationship between political processes, the legal system and social issues. Focus is on the analysis of factors that impact policy related to policing and corrections, the effects of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms on criminal law and the influence of societal dynamics on the provision of justice services.
