CYC-1178  CYC Clinical Practice I  (3 Credits)  An application of establishing helping relationships and acting within the role of a professional Child and Youth Care Worker in a work based setting. Focuses on the progressive development of skills in observation, interviewing, assessment, program planning, and execution of planned activities under supervision. Understanding the role of practitioner is supported by pre- and post- seminars, weekly individual meetings and small group seminars.
