Leadership Theory

TRG-1164  Leadership Theory  (3 Credits)  An introduction to leadership concepts and theories including both the nature and reality of leadership in personal, community and organizational settings. Emphasis is on therapeutic recreation practice. Reflection and analysis of leadership topics and skills focusing on understanding the principles of effective leadership will be explored.
