Introduction to Sociology

SOC-1160  Introduction to Sociology  (3 Credits)  This course is an orientation to sociology and serves as a brief picture of its scope as a developing discipline. The course will examine how individual lives are shaped by one's place in society and how people cope within their social and cultural contexts.
