JUS-3369  Program Evaluation  (3 Credits)  An overview of techniques of program evaluation. Working from initial conception of evaluation, planning, observation gathering, analysis, report writing and presentation. Determining the depth and extent of services required, tracking implementation plans, and measuring the effectiveness of services utilizing research methods and concepts from several social science disciplines.
