GEO-2290 Geospatial Analysis II - 3.00 credits

GEO-2290  Geospatial Analysis II  (3 Credits)  A study of the digital image analysis of aerial and satellite data for earth observation and studies of environmental change at a variety of spatial scales. Topics will include locating and downloading imagery, processing and enhancing imagery, integration with GIS data, supervised and unsupervised classification methods, and change detection measurement. Practical exercises will focus on the use of industry standard digital image analysis software and applications.
