International Convocates
Students should check their Lethbridge College email and this webpage for more developments in the weeks to come.
It is not mandatory for graduates to attend the LC Convocation ceremony and students will graduate by successfully completing all academic program requirements.
Convocates are able to invite six (6) guests to the ceremony as there is limited seating in the gymnasium.
In order to request an International Letter of Invitation, you must complete the following prior to April 1, 2023:
STEP 1:
Confirm you are eligible to graduate through Self Service by following these steps:
a) Log into Self Service .
b) Select Academics on the left-hand side of the menu.
c) Select Graduation Overview.
d) Select Review my Academic Progress.
STEP 2:
To request an International Invitation letter, complete the following steps:
a) complete the attached form https://lethbridgecollege.ca/document-centre/forms/registrars-office/confirmation-graduation
b) Check the "International Invitation" box at the top of the form.
c) Submit to registration@lethbridgecollege.ca or in person at the Registrar's Office (PA1130)
d) Pay the $5 fee.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of international guests to meet all travel requirements to enter Canada and applicable attendance requirements (i.e. COVID vaccination and/or testing requirements) for the province of Alberta and Lethbridge College. These requirements are subject to change and it is the responsibility of attendees and their guests to stay up-to-date on any and all changes.
