I am a Red Seal journeyman powerline technician as well as a Red Seal journeyman electrician. I have been involved in trades occupations my entire career. I believe in having a good work ethic and pride in workmanship. I hope to pass on my knowledge to give students a foundation for their chosen career as powerline technicians. Safety, teamwork and attention to detail are my focus.

I got my Alberta Journeyman Welding Certificate in 1999 and have welded ever since. I use this vast expertise in my teaching. My main focus is to combine as much of the latest technology into my everyday teaching.

I have taken my Instructor Certification Program at Lethbridge College, along with other educational courses in Renewable Energy and Electronics Technician. I love teaching in the trades and being able to have a good relationship with students. My No. 1 focus will always be students’ success and doing what I can to help students achieve success.

I am a Red Seal journeyman carpenter and instructor in the Centre for Trades Carpenter Apprenticeship program at Lethbridge College. I received a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (Engineering Design and Management) and my Red Seal certificate in Carpentry, both from Lethbridge College. I teach first- and third-year Carpentry students and have more than two decades of experience working in residential and commercial construction.
