Professional Experience
My background includes nine years instructing in the Digital Communications and Media and Multimedia Production diploma programs.
I have 20 years of experience in the media industry, which includes photography and covering various beats for weekly newspapers in Alberta and British Columbia. I have worked in marketing and public relations creating scripts; writing blogs, email newsletters, annual reports and marketing reports; and managing websites for economic development agencies.
My research interests lie in innovative storytelling using 360-degree journalism, photogrammetry, augmented reality and other elements to bring a piece to life.
